Whew! It has been a minute since I last blogged. I mean, I knew it had been awhile.. but woweeeee it has really been awhile! I miss it, truly. Did you know that way before I was a photographer, I had a blog? If my memory is correct, blogging for me goes all the way back to 2005.. before blogging was even really a thing. Isn’t that crazy!? It started with my love for paper crafting, which turned into a family of sorts with other paper crafters all over the world.. then I dabbled in some home decor blogging and now here we are! How crazy would it be to say that I would love to hop back in and revisit some of those early loves!?
Throughout all these years, I’ve had different spaces dedicated to that creative brainchild that is so deeply rooted in me. A space to just be me and experiment with all forms of creating. The space has been different in different homes.. big, small, you name it. But what has been a constant, is that it always feels like me.. my thoughts and energy. In this house, I didn’t have a dedicated room for creating, so after much purging and with the help of my patient and very creative mom.. this space was created out of a closet in my studio.

Could this space be bigger? Oh yes, certainly. Would be as full and cluttered? Guaranteed haha! What can I say, I thrive off a little bit of organized chaos. I love to see all of the texture and colours.
I spent the last couple of days cleaning and organizing.. and I am sooo looking forward to getting in there and messing it up with something deliciously creative! xo
